Put the items to be cleansed for one to five minuets on the mandala, and they are free from disturbing energies. Try it yourself!

For example, take two glasses filled from the same source of water. Take care, that you don't have any strong taste impressions before making this experiment. Now put one of the water glasses on the mandala. Then test the two different water qualities.
