Ayurvedic Cosmetics

The Vedas are a collection of texts for an understanding and orientation in the universe and contain many sciences. Ayurveda as part of the Vedas is concerned with botany, nutrition, health of body, soul and spirit. The language of the Vedas is Sanskrit - one of the oldest languages in the world and the mother of the Indo-European languages. In this respect, it is the root of our culture.

It emphasises that a healthy, positive psyche can support the healing of a sick body, just as a sick, weak psyche can lead to physical illnesses and ailments. Ayurveda is therefore not limited to the treatment of existing illnesses but, like yoga, is concerned with help for a healthy and happy life, healthy nutrition, purification of the atmosphere and body care.
