Tara

She embodies the female divinity in itself. Her name means both „star" and „savior". In Tibet she is called „Dölma", which means mother. There, she is worshiped as mother of all buddhas. As a gesture of wish granting, her right hand points downwards, the left hand shows the gesture of protection granting.

Green Tara
She is a protector of all dangers and therefore worshipped. At every time of the day she is ready to intervene in a protective or helping way.
