Lotus Acupressure Mat

The origin of acupressure mats dates back to the fakir boards used by the yogis in India for body control and self-healing. This acupressure mat is excellent for restoring of the energy flow in the body. After only a short time, you can feel the revitalisation and simultaneous relaxation in the whole body. Especially after sitting for a long time, e.g. in the office or during long car journeys, tensions dissolve very quickly.

Over 6000 tiny lotus flower tips stimulate the body's energy channels through pressure on the skin. The layout of the lotus blossom resembles honeycomb, thus already having an energising effect due to its natural structure.

On the reverse side a Flower of Life imprint is applied for additional energisation and stabilisation of the body.
The cover is made of cotton fabric. It is removable and washable.
The acupressure points are made of ABS Virgin (Acrylonitrile also known as acrylic resin). They are attached to the mat by heating alone, without additional glue.

Lie completely relaxed on the mat. We recommend that you wear a light shirt at first.
