Maidal, the so-called 'dream nuts', are burned at the bedside as they are well-suited for sleeping through the night and preventing nightmares. Their tart, resinous, earthy smell has a holistic calming effect. 'Dream nuts' should be crushed before smoking (e.g. in a mortar).
