Space Clearing Bells
Smoking clears the rooms of all stuck heavy and subtle energies. Afterwards, new, helpful energies can be invited to enter our rooms. In shamanic rituals bells are used for this purpose.
The vibration of the bell creates a connection to celestial dimensions and invites the high energies to move in and stay with us.
You tune in mentally to the high energies (for everyone this may be something different, such as God, Jesus, Mary or Buddha), then take the little bell in your hand and walk from corner to corner, from room to room, ringing.
The high energies are especially happy when we let the bell ring with the inner request to move in and stay with us.
