Incense Cleansing - small smudge stick
Mugwort, Sage, St. John's Wort
Ideal bundle for smoke cleansing of flats or houses. Mugwort and Sage are traditional smudging plants. They have the power to neutralise negative energies. They drive away dark energy fields and clear the atmosphere. Additionally, both put a protective cloak over the environment. Afterwards, St. John's Wort, as a light-bringing plant, returns brightness and lightness to the rooms.

Spitze anzünden, kurz brennen lassen und die Flamme dann ausblasen oder ausfächeln, sodass das Räucherwerk nur glimmt. Dabei über eine feuerfeste Schale halten, die Glut und Asche auffängt. Glimmendes Räucherwerk nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen und Abstand zu brennbaren Gegenständen halten. Nur in gut belüfteten Räumen verwenden, anschließend lüften. Zum Löschen die Glut in Sand oder in der feuerfesten Schale ersticken und prüfen, dass nichts mehr glimmt. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Haustieren aufbewahren. Nicht zum Verzehr. Asche und Reste vollständig erkalten lassen, bevor sie entsorgt werden.
