Spitze anzünden, kurz brennen lassen und die Flamme dann ausblasen oder ausfächeln, sodass das Räucherwerk nur glimmt. Dabei über eine feuerfeste Schale halten, die Glut und Asche auffängt. Zum Löschen die Glut in Sand oder in der feuerfesten Schale ersticken und prüfen, dass nichts mehr glimmt. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Haustieren aufbewahren. Nicht zum Verzehr.
