Wiki / Flower of Life

The Flower of Life is one of the oldest and most recognised symbols of sacred geometry. It consists of 19 overlapping circles of equal size, forming a perfectly symmetrical floral pattern enclosed by an outer ring. Its structure contains many other primal geometric forms, including the Seed of Life, the Tree of Life and the Platonic solids.

The symbol appears across all continents and many cultures: on the temple walls of Abydos in Egypt, in Chinese monasteries, in synagogue manuscripts, on Celtic stone circles and on Indian mandalas. This cross-cultural presence over millennia suggests a universal understanding of the symbol as an expression of creative order.

In spiritual practice, the Flower of Life represents the unity of all living things, the divine origin and the harmonious interplay of all forces in the universe. It is used as an energetic tool to harmonise spaces, energise water, deepen meditation and strengthen the personal energy field.

Use: As wall art to harmonise rooms, as a coaster for energising water, as a pendant worn on the body or as a meditation object. When contemplated meditatively, the symbol unfolds its ordering and centring effect.
