Wiki / Cornflower Blossoms

Cornflower Blossoms from Centaurea cyanus are among the most popular wildflowers in Europe. The deep blue, dried flowers release a light, delicate and slightly spicy-floral fragrance when burned. They are often used as an ingredient in incense blends.

In the language of flowers, cornflowers stand for innocence, delicacy and faithful love. In incense practice they are used for meditations to achieve inner clarity, to strengthen intuition and to open the "third eye". Their blue colour connects them with the celestial realm.

Use: Place dried petals on incense charcoal. Light, pleasant smoke – ideal for meditation incense.
