Wiki / Aden

Aden is a traditional Arabian incense blend named after the historic port city of Aden in Yemen. For centuries, Aden was one of the most important trading hubs for frankincense, myrrh and other precious aromatic substances along the Arabian trade routes. The incense blend combines typical Arabian ingredients into a warm, oriental-spicy fragrance.

The blend embodies the heritage of Arabian incense culture – a tradition in which burning incense is part of everyday life: to welcome guests, at weddings, after prayer and for the daily purification of the home. Aden incense brings this oriental domestic culture and hospitality directly into your own home.

Use: Place the resin blend on incense charcoal. Warm, deep oriental fragrance – ideal for cosy winter evenings or as an accompaniment to prayer.
